Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as new releases or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Priority Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International shipping times vary depending on your location and local customs clearance:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

 

Shipping Delays

Priminority is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier-related delays
  • Customs clearance issues

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
